Company ProfileHello, and welcome to my site, Back Porch Baskets. I would like to introduce myself as Kay Wheeler the owner and operator of Back Porch Baskets. I have been crafting and making baskets for fourteen years. Many of the products I carry are made by me and other local area craftsmen. My main product as you may have figured out is baskets. I carry a large line of traditional baskets made from rattan reed. The process in making these baskets usually takes a day to complete one basket. I started my business in my home, and was recently able to move into a shop. This move and the increased space of my shop has enabled me to expand on the line of products I carry. For example, wicker furniture, pottery, and candles are just a few of the new items I have added. Be sure to check out our products page for a full listing of products I carry. I regret that at this time that I do not take phone or online orders for any of my products. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and hopefully in the future I will be able to accommodate ordering or products on my site.
